Johan Koekemoer Cartoonist Iillustrator

I studied Graphic Design at Pta Tech (was in class
with Dr Jack- Brilliant artist). With my diploma
I received the Council's Silver Medal for best
student in art school. In Technikon I also entered
New Signatures Competition - won 3 Merit
awards and one of my Drawings was bought
by Sasol. Did my National Service in the air force.
Airbrushed a lot of Harvards and backdrops for
troepie shows. Worked 2 years for Transnet as
graphic designer. For another year I designed
knitwear for children and adults. 14 years ago
I started my own business designing for the card,
gift and educational market. i love the creative
process, trying new techniques and exploring
new ideas to satisfy the clients needs.
