DAV ANDREW
Dav Andrew, is one of Cape Town's young upcoming stars
in illustration and design, had just finished his diploma
in
graphic design at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
Having just six months of a career behind him,
he's worked fast and quickly gained lots of exposure in
his locally based illustrations and cartoons.
Having a background in tattoo art, urban street art (graffiti)
and illustration,
and only discovering the art of caricature
just 3 months ago,
he's manage to quickly become a sought
after caricaturist in
Cape Town, being commissioned by
several events,
including
recent renowned african utility week,
held at the Cape Town
International
Convention Centre which
was attended by the biggest
firms in Africa,
and also the likes
of South Africa's Minister of Energy.
His plan now is to become one of Cape Town's local greats
in terms
of illustration, urban street art, and caricatures.
